Huge Night in Tuesday B

NED (-1) v Bowl Trolls – Curses, Treachery and a Guarantee. Just a few of the themes being thrown around for this matchup. It all started when Abbazon and Honey Bear left NED to help Fuge start the Bowl Trolls. Since then Honey Bear has struggled to find his form. Some say it’s due to a curse that Tush Christ put on him for leaving NED. While there may be some doubt to the validity to this, there is no doubt there will be some bad blood on the lanes tonight. And best of all Burt the Bandit has GUARANTEED a victory tonight for NED. This may not be the Game of the Night, but it certainly isn’t one to miss. I’ll buy Burt’s guarantee.

Hookers (-3) v Whoomp – After a very hot start the Hookers have slid a bit. They take on a dangerous Whoomp team that is now looking to prime themselves up before the Sunday Shootout. The Hookers still have a shot at the Tuesday B title, but can’t be too complacent tonight. If Andy Town brings his A Game it will be tough for the Whoomp to take this one. This one certainly could go three, but the consistency of the Hookers should be the difference.
The Pinups (-3) v 3 Livers – Two squads playing gearing up for the Sunday shootout square off tonight. It’s also a battle of two veteran squads in Tuesday B. Bernie and the Livers have rolled better lately. Not sure if it’s due to the peanut M&Ms they bring, but it’s a nice addition. Meanwhile, the Pinups a wall of bowlers averaging in the 140s, and have the ability to put up some big scores. Should be a three gamer tonight, with the Pinups outlasting the Livers.
Wrecking Balls (-1) v Strikes on Tap – The Wreckers were nearly left for dead earlier this year. They now find themselves a game out of a tie for first place. It may have all started with a bowl off win some weeks back. This team is dangerous, and certainly a major player. They take on a Strikes team coming off their best win of the season, as they took down Incredibowls last week. Strikes have big game ability, and certainly could pull off this upset. It is going three, but will go with the most confident team in the league right now to keep the dream alive.
Co-Game of the Week: My Balls (-2) v Splits Happen – This game is huge. Winner stays in first place. Loser may be out of a shot to win the B Championship. No pressure, folks. Splits Happen won by a pin last week, so the confidence has to be high coming into this tough matchup. Xander continues to be one of the most clutch performers in the Tuesday B. Meanwhile, My Balls has to be the favorite right now to take the league. Already with a win over Incredibowls, My Balls just seemingly get better by the week. This is a close one, but I’ll take My Balls in a tight one, as they keep the target on their back.
Co-Game of the Week: Incredibowls (-1) v Budweisers – This is an elimination game for the Incredibowls. The overwhelming favorite to start the year has looked amazing at times. However, a few hiccups along the way has placed them with three losses, and on the outside looking in. Meanwhile, the Buds will look to keep pace with the other two-loss teams. They will need to have their consistency tonight or it could get ugly. This is an early matchup, so it could be a high-scoring slugfest. Look for Spidey and GOT to really bring it tonight for the Incredibowls, and keep their title hopes alive.

  1. There was no curse on Honeybear we saw that Honeybear coming. Tush Christ did put a curse on Abbazon, though, she can be sneaky good.
