Explaining this again in the hope it makes it easy to understand. Teams need to roll six bowlers (at least two women) in each playoff match. You can use your taxi squad bowlers (minimum 3 games played) ONLY if you do not have 6 playoff eligible bowlers (10 games played) available. If you are short on eligible bowlers, you can bowl three people in one of the games and take a zero for the missing person – you can still win your match, you are just guaranteed to lose that point.
UPDATE: I’ve had enough requests to clarify this part, so here goes. The six bowlers need to bowl over the 1st two games. Then game three bowl whichever four bowlers you want. On the opening night of playoffs several teams had to bowl a zero in game 2, it happens, but next year just a reminder to get a taxi squad. Also, technically teams are required to have six playoff eligible bowlers (10 games) to even be in the playoffs. I didn’t follow that closely this year, but it’s another thing to remember for next season.
